Eng. Mustafa Alhaiba

Mustafa is a Senior Software Engineer at Asly, a UAE-based company, where he owns the architecture and backend engineering of production platforms: from domain modelling and system design to AI integration, security and running the systems in production.

He works mainly with Python and Django, builds AI capabilities such as document understanding with large language models, OCR pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and holds a degree in IT Engineering (AI specialisation) from Damascus University.
